I’m in a weird place at the moment, where I am craving various things that you would get from being in an intimate relationship with someone. But at the same time I realise that I am really happy with being single for the moment, and I’m not in a place where I would be okay with having to work around another person so much.

I have had five shots of rum tonight and I am a lightweight so please forgive the drunk(ish) posting, but this is something I’ve been thinking about for the past few days.
Does anyone else feel like it’s easier to deal with people you are ‘newly friends’ with than the people you’ve been friends with almost forever?
